FAQ

Product label design questions, answered

What's included in a product label design project?

You get a print-ready label design built around your product's shape, size, and container. That covers the layout, typography, color, and any illustration or graphic elements, plus a dieline set to your exact label dimensions. We handle front-of-pack and back-of-pack panels, and we prepare separate files for each SKU or flavor when your line has more than one.

Are the files print-ready and compliant?

Yes. Files are delivered in CMYK at 300 DPI with proper bleed, safe margins, and a dieline your printer can follow. We lay out the required regulatory panels, such as ingredients, net weight, nutrition or facts panels, barcodes, and warnings, but you or your regulatory reviewer are responsible for confirming the final copy meets FDA, TTB, or other rules that apply to your product.

Can you match my existing brand or product line?

Absolutely. We work from your existing brand assets, colors, and fonts so a new label sits naturally beside what you already sell. If you are extending a product line, we build the design as a system so additional flavors or variants stay visually consistent while remaining easy to tell apart on the shelf.

How fast is turnaround, and do I own the files?

A single label typically takes one to two weeks depending on rounds of revisions and how many SKUs are involved; larger lines take longer. Rush timelines are sometimes possible, so ask. And to be clear, you own all files once the project is paid in full, including the print-ready artwork and the working source files.
