About This Product

Mugs are produced through Forty-Second Street's promotional-product partners, not the same trade printer we use for the paper goods, so lead times and minimums run a little different. We handle the artwork and the order the same way; you just get a printed ceramic mug instead of a card.

Common Questions

Why is the minimum higher than your other products?
Mugs come from a promotional-product partner, not our trade printer, and those runs are priced around a case minimum. Thirty-six is the smallest order that stays affordable per mug.

One side or full wrap?
One-side print keeps your logo front and center and costs less. Full-wrap gives you the whole surface for a design, service list, or phone number that shows no matter how the mug is turned.

Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes, the standard ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, so the print survives daily use. A mug that fades after a month isn't advertising anything.

Ordering print in East Tennessee

Do you ship print orders across East Tennessee?

Yes. Everything we print ships — to Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, or wherever your crew is working. Shipping time is on top of the print turnaround, and we confirm the total before you approve the proof.

How fast can I get signs or cards for a job starting this week?

Most orders proof within one business day and print in three to seven business days, plus shipping. Rush is available on yard signs, business cards and door hangers — put your date in the form below and we will tell you what is actually possible.

Will yard signs and banners hold up outdoors in East Tennessee?

We spec UV inks and heavier stock on anything that lives outdoors through hot summers and freezing winters. Tell us the sign is going in full sun or staying up through the season and we will recommend the material that lasts instead of the cheapest one.

Do I need artwork before I can order?

No. Design is included. Send a logo, a photo of your truck, or nothing at all, and our design team builds the artwork and sends you a proof before anything prints.
