Common Questions

How long do yard signs last outside?
A 4mm coroplast sign holds up six to twelve months in East Tennessee weather. Sun fade is the usual limit, not structural failure. Most contractors rotate signs seasonally anyway as offers change.

Should I order single or double sided?
Double sided if the sign sits perpendicular to the road so traffic sees it from both directions — which is most front yards. Single sided works when the sign faces one way, like against a building or fence.

Do I need permission to put a sign in a customer's yard?
Always ask, and most homeowners say yes if you did good work. Some HOAs restrict signage or limit how long it can stay. Asking at the end of the job while they're happy is the easiest time.

How many should I order to start?
Enough to cover the jobs you'll run in a month, plus a few for the truck. For most crews that's 25 to 50. Ordering ten at a time costs more per sign than ordering fifty.

Do I need artwork before I can order?
