What you get

What is a Framer to Webflow migration?

A Framer to Webflow migration moves your website from Framer to Webflow while keeping its design, content and search rankings. Pages are rebuilt in Webflow, CMS collections are recreated and loaded, old URLs get 301 redirects, and SEO settings carry over. Your domain then points to the new Webflow site.

A careful rebuild

Framer and Webflow store designs in different ways, so we rebuild each page in Webflow to match the look you have.

CMS content moved over

Blog posts, services, team members and other collections are pulled from Framer, cleaned up and loaded into Webflow.

URL map and redirects

We match every old URL to its new page and add 301 redirects in Webflow, so search engines follow the move.

Linked content

Webflow reference fields connect collections, like services to locations or authors to posts, so related pages link up.

Editing for your team

Marketers can update text and publish CMS items in Webflow without touching the layout.

SEO settings carried over

Titles, meta descriptions, social images and alt text are moved and checked, then structured data is added.

How it works

How the move from Framer works

  • 1Crawl the Framer site. We list every page, CMS item and image, and pull current traffic numbers.
  • 2Plan the Webflow structure. Collections, fields and templates are planned for where the site is going, not just where it is today.
  • 3Rebuild and load. Pages are built, content is imported, and each page is checked against the old one.
  • 4Redirect and switch. Redirects go in, the domain moves to Webflow, and the sitemap goes to Google.
  • 5Compare after launch. We check traffic and Search Console against the old site and close any gaps.

A fair note: if your site is small, rarely changes and one designer runs it, Framer may still suit you. We will say so on the call.

Common questions

Framer to Webflow questions, answered.

Why do teams move from Framer to Webflow?

Teams usually move when the site grows: more CMS content, more linked collections, more people editing, or more SEO work. Both Framer and Webflow set limits by plan, so we compare your current size and growth plans against each before recommending a move.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if the move is planned. Rankings usually drop when old URLs break. We map each Framer URL to its new Webflow page and add 301 redirects before the domain moves, then watch Search Console for errors and fix them fast.

Can you keep my Framer animations?

Most of them. Webflow has its own interactions tools, and we rebuild the motion that helps visitors, like reveals and hover effects. Very complex effects may be simplified, and we point those out before the build so there are no surprises.

Is Webflow better than Framer?

Neither is better for everyone. Framer is quick for design-led sites run by one designer. Webflow tends to fit businesses that need deeper CMS structure, more SEO control and more people editing content. We build only in Webflow, and we will still tell you honestly if you do not need to move.

What does a Framer to Webflow migration cost?

Two parts: your Webflow plan is paid to Webflow (webflow.com/pricing); our fee depends on scope and comes in writing after a 30-minute call. Sites with large CMS collections and many URLs to redirect take more planning than small brochure sites.
