Dedicated Webflow Team · Nationwide
A dedicated Webflow team that knows your business by name.
You get a named strategist, designer and Webflow developer who stay on your site from start to finish. Mike Carleton sits in on strategy, so the big decisions get 30+ years of brand-building judgment.

What you get
What is a dedicated Webflow team?
A dedicated Webflow team is a done-for-you engagement where the same named people run your website work. At Forty-Second Street that means a strategist, a designer and a Webflow developer from our own team, with Mike Carleton in the strategy meetings. Roles, scope and deliverables are written down before work starts.
A named strategist
One person owns the plan, the schedule and your questions. They turn goals into page plans and keep every decision on record.
A designer who stays
The same designer handles every layout, so your brand looks the same on page one and page forty.
A Webflow developer
Builds the CMS, components and integrations, and keeps the build tidy so your own people can edit it later.
Mike in strategy
Mike Carleton joins kickoff and key reviews to shape messaging, offers and how the site sells.
One project or a program
Use the team for a single high-stakes build, like a rebrand launch, or keep it on for ongoing pages, tests and content.
Scope in writing
After the call you get the roles, deliverables and terms on paper. Nothing starts until you have read and approved it.
How it works
How a dedicated team engagement runs
- 1Discovery call. We learn what is at stake, what deadlines you face and who signs off on your side.
- 2Written scope. You get roles, deliverables and terms, and we revise it until it is right.
- 3Kickoff with Mike. Your strategist, designer and developer meet your people and lock the goals.
- 4Build in reviewed stages. Plan, design and build each get your review before the next stage begins.
- 5Launch or keep going. A single project ends at launch. An ongoing program moves into a steady rhythm of planned work.
Not every site needs a full team. If you only need a stream of smaller changes, the On-Demand plan is often the better fit, and we will tell you so on the call.

Common questions
Dedicated team questions, answered.
When does a dedicated Webflow team make sense?
When the site carries real risk or real money. Think a rebrand going public, a large migration, or a company that depends on web leads every day. If one broken page or missed date would hurt, it is worth having named people who know the whole project.
Who will actually work on my site?
People from our 6-10 person team. You meet your strategist, designer and developer at kickoff and know them by name. If someone on your team changes, we tell you first and hand over their notes so nothing gets lost. You are never left guessing who to call.
How involved is Mike Carleton?
Mike leads strategy. He joins kickoff and the key reviews where messaging, offers and page plans are decided. Day-to-day work runs through your strategist, so you are never waiting on one person to keep things moving. You still get Mike's view on every big call.
How much does a dedicated Webflow team cost?
Two parts: your Webflow plan is paid to Webflow (webflow.com/pricing); our fee depends on scope and comes in writing after a 30-minute call. The size of the team and how long it stays on are the main things that move the number.
Can the team work with our in-house marketers?
Yes. Many companies want us to build while their marketers write and approve. We set up the Webflow CMS so your people can publish posts and edit pages, and we agree at kickoff who owns which tasks. That keeps handoffs clear and stops work from being done twice.
