Webflow Website Launch · Nationwide
A Webflow website launch that goes live without the scramble.
A new site can lose calls on day one if the domain, forms or redirects are wrong. We run your Webflow website launch from a checklist, so the site goes live clean and keeps the traffic you already earned.

What you get
What is a Webflow website launch?
A Webflow website launch is the set of steps that moves a finished Webflow site onto your real domain and makes sure it works for visitors and search engines. It covers DNS and SSL, 301 redirects from old pages, form routing, tracking, the sitemap, schema, speed and accessibility checks, and a watch period after go-live.
Domain and DNS
We connect your domain in Webflow, update the DNS records at your registrar, and confirm the secure https version loads for both www and non-www.
301 redirects
Every old URL that gets visits or links is mapped to its new page in Webflow's redirect settings. That protects rankings and stops 404 errors.
Forms that reach a person
We set who gets each form notification, send test entries, and check spam folders. If forms feed a CRM, we test that hookup too.
GA4 and Search Console
GA4 goes in with the events that matter, like calls and form sends. We verify the site in Google Search Console and submit the sitemap.
Sitemap and schema
Webflow can generate your sitemap for you. We add structured data so Google and AI tools know your business name, services and service area.
Content, speed and access pass
We proof every page, tap every phone link on a real phone, shrink heavy images, and check contrast, alt text and heading order.
How it works
How we run a launch
- 1Inventory. We list every live URL on your old site and pull its traffic from Analytics or Search Console.
- 2Map the redirects. Each old address gets a new home, entered in Webflow before the domain switch.
- 3Test on the staging address. Forms, tracking, schema, links, speed and accessibility are checked while the new site is still private.
- 4Go live. We switch DNS, confirm SSL, publish, and submit the sitemap in Search Console.
- 5Watch after launch. We check Search Console for crawl errors and 404s, test forms again, and fix anything that slipped.
Relaunching an older site? The redirect map is the step that matters most. Skip it and you can lose rankings you spent years earning.
Proof before you book
Launch day is where small misses get expensive.
A broken contact form or a dead old link costs real leads, and our reviews come from owners who expect better. Our Google Analytics certification means tracking gets tested before go-live, not patched after.

current Google Skillshop certifications, including Google Analytics and Google Ads Search. Each one can be verified.

Common questions
Launch questions, answered.
What is the biggest Webflow launch mistake?
Skipping redirects. When a new site changes page addresses, Google still has the old ones on file. Without 301 redirects, those links land on an error page and the rankings tied to them can fade. We map every old URL that gets visits or backlinks before the domain is switched.
Will my site go down during the switch?
Usually not for long, if at all. DNS changes take time to spread across the internet, so for a short while some visitors see the old site and some see the new one. We plan the switch for a slow part of your week and check both versions while it settles.
Can you launch a Webflow site another team built?
Yes. If the site is already built in Webflow, we can run just the launch. We audit the build first, list anything that would hurt you on day one, and fix those items before we touch the domain. You get the checklist results in writing.
What does a Webflow website launch cost?
Two parts: your Webflow plan is paid to Webflow (webflow.com/pricing); our fee depends on scope and comes in writing after a 30-minute call. A small site with few old pages is lighter work than a relaunch with hundreds of URLs to map.
Who owns the site after launch?
You do. The domain, the Webflow site and all of the content stay in your name. We can keep looking after the site on a care plan, but you are never locked in and can change course whenever you like.
