What weight should a flyer be?
100lb text is the standard handout weight, cheap enough for volume and sturdy enough to not feel flimsy. Step up to cover stock when the flyer doubles as a leave-behind you want kept, like a financing sheet or a service menu.
Single or double sided?
Double sided almost always earns its keep, since the back costs little and doubles your selling space. Put the offer up front and the details, service list, or before-and-after photos on the back.
