Common Questions

Why embroidery instead of print on a polo?
Embroidery reads as more professional on a collared shirt and survives years of washing without cracking or fading. On a polo you're going for a finished, uniformed look, and stitched thread delivers it.

Can you add each person's name?
Yes. Names or titles under the logo are a common add-on and make the walkthrough feel like a real company showed up. It's a small per-shirt charge on top of the logo.

Cotton or performance fabric?
Cotton-pique for the classic look; moisture-wicking performance if your crew is outside sweating through summer. Both embroider cleanly — pick for comfort.

Will yard signs and banners hold up outdoors in East Tennessee?

We spec UV inks and heavier stock on anything that lives outdoors through hot summers and freezing winters. Tell us the sign is going in full sun or staying up through the season and we will recommend the material that lasts instead of the cheapest one.

Do I need artwork before I can order?

No. Design is included. Send a logo, a photo of your truck, or nothing at all, and our design team builds the artwork and sends you a proof before anything prints.
