Common Questions

Why is the minimum higher on hats?
Cap embroidery runs on a machine setup priced for a batch of two dozen. Below that the per-hat cost climbs fast. Twenty-four is the point where the number makes sense for a crew.

Embroidery or a patch?
Direct embroidery is the classic, durable choice. A woven or leather patch gives a more custom, outdoor-brand look and can carry more detail than stitching alone. Both wear well.

Which style should I pick?
Trucker and snapback are the crowd favorites and fit any head with the adjustable back. Structured caps hold their shape for a cleaner logo; dad hats are softer and more casual.

Will yard signs and banners hold up outdoors in East Tennessee?

We spec UV inks and heavier stock on anything that lives outdoors through hot summers and freezing winters. Tell us the sign is going in full sun or staying up through the season and we will recommend the material that lasts instead of the cheapest one.

Do I need artwork before I can order?
