Webflow Memberships · Nationwide

Webflow membership sites with logins, paid plans and members-only pages.

Webflow's own User Accounts feature shut down on January 29, 2026. We build members-only areas on Webflow with Memberstack or Outseta, so people can sign up, pay and log in.

What you get

What is a Webflow membership site?

A Webflow membership site is a Webflow website with a login area, where only signed-up or paying members can see certain pages. Webflow retired its built-in User Accounts on January 29, 2026, so today the login, payments and gating come from a tool like Memberstack or Outseta added to the site.

Sign-up and login

Sign-up and login forms styled to match your site, with password reset built in.

Gated pages and content

Choose which pages, sections or CMS items only members can see. Everyone else gets a sign-up prompt.

Paid plans through Stripe

Monthly, yearly or one-time plans, with payments run through Stripe.

Memberstack for a lean gate

A login and payments layer added to the Webflow site you already have. Good when you only need the gate.

Outseta for all-in-one

Login, billing, CRM, email and a help desk in one tool. Good when you want fewer apps to manage.

Member dashboards

A members-only home page with their content, plan details and a link to update billing.

How it works

How we build a membership site on Webflow.

  • 1Map the members. Who signs up, what each plan unlocks and how people pay.
  • 2Pick the tool. Memberstack if you only need logins and payments. Outseta if you also want its CRM, email and help desk.
  • 3Build the pages. Sign-up, login, account and members-only pages are designed and built in Webflow.
  • 4Wire up gating and payments. We set which pages each plan can see and connect Stripe for billing.
  • 5Test every path. New sign-up, failed card, plan change, cancel and password reset, all tested before launch.

Why this matters now: when Webflow ended User Accounts, member logins, content gates and the User Accounts APIs all stopped working, and member data was not moved into the CMS.

Had members on Webflow's old User Accounts? If you saved a member export before the shutdown, we can bring those people into the new tool.

Common questions

Webflow membership questions, answered.

Does Webflow still have User Accounts or Memberships?

No. Webflow retired User Accounts, first launched as Memberships, on January 29, 2026. Member logins, content gates and the User Accounts APIs stopped working that day. Webflow now points site owners to third-party tools such as Memberstack and Outseta, which is how we build member areas today.

Memberstack or Outseta: which is better?

It depends on what else you need. Memberstack is a login and payments layer for the site you already have, without its own CRM or email. Outseta bundles login, billing, CRM, email and a help desk. If you already use a CRM, Memberstack is often simpler. If not, Outseta can replace several tools.

Can members pay for access?

Yes. Memberstack and Outseta both run paid plans through Stripe, including monthly and yearly billing. Each tool also charges its own fees on top of Stripe's processing, so we walk through those costs with you before you choose. Free plans can be set up too.

Can you move members from my old Webflow User Accounts site?

If you exported your members before January 29, 2026, usually yes. We import that list into Memberstack or Outseta, test it, and tell members what to expect at their first login. If no export was saved, the old member data is gone, so we plan a fresh sign-up push and a simple email to past members instead.

What does a Webflow membership site cost?

Three parts. Your Webflow plan is paid to Webflow, with prices at webflow.com/pricing. Memberstack or Outseta bills you directly for its own plan. Our fee depends on your plans, pages and gating rules, and you get it in writing after a 30-minute call, before any work starts.
