What you get

What is Webflow training?

Webflow training teaches your team to run your own Webflow site. Content editors learn to change text and images, add blog posts and other CMS items, manage assets and publish safely. Team members who design can also learn the Designer, classes and components. Training happens on your real site.

Editing basics

Change text, swap images and fix typos right on the page, without touching the layout.

CMS items

Add a blog post, a team member or a project. Fill in each field, set the slug and save it as a draft first.

Images and assets

Upload images at the right size, write alt text and keep the asset library tidy.

Publishing safely

Know what publishing does, preview first, and publish only when a change is ready.

Backups and undo

Learn how Webflow restore points work, so a mistake is a quick fix, not a panic.

Roles and seats

Who should be a content editor, who needs full access, and how Webflow seats work for your team.

How it works

How Webflow training works

  • 1We ask who will edit the site and what they change most often.
  • 2We help set up the right roles in your Webflow workspace.
  • 3We train live on a call, using your site and your real content.
  • 4Your team makes a few changes on their own while we watch.
  • 5You get short written steps for the tasks your team does most.

Training is built around your site and your team, not a generic course. We cover what you will actually use.

Why it matters: Webflow retired its legacy Editor on August 4, 2026. Content editing now happens inside Webflow itself, with content editor roles that let several people edit at the same time.

Common questions

Webflow training questions, answered.

What is the difference between editing content and using the Designer?

Content editing is for words, images and CMS items. You change them without touching the design. The Designer is where layouts, styles and components are built. Most team members only need content editing access, which keeps the design safe from accidental changes.

Is the old Webflow Editor still available?

No. Webflow retired the legacy Editor on August 4, 2026. Content editing now happens inside Webflow itself, using content editor roles. If your team learned the old Editor, we can show them the new way, which also lets several people edit at once.

Can my team break the site?

With content editor access, it is hard to break the layout, because editors change content, not design. Mistakes still happen, like publishing too early. We teach your team to preview first and to lean on Webflow backups, which let a site manager restore an earlier version.

Do editors need paid seats?

Usually, yes. Webflow gives content editors a limited seat in your workspace, and those seats carry a cost on Webflow's side. We help you pick the right role for each person, so you only pay for the access they need.

What does Webflow training cost?

Two parts. Your Webflow plan and seats are paid to Webflow, with prices at webflow.com/pricing. Our training fee depends on how many people and topics we cover. It comes in writing after a 30-minute call, before any sessions are booked.
