What you get

What is Webflow template customization?

Webflow template customization is reshaping a ready-made Webflow template so it fits your brand, content and goals. It means swapping in your colors, fonts and photos, rewriting the demo copy, removing pages and styles you will not use, and fixing the SEO settings the template shipped with. It is usually faster than a fully custom design.

License check

Paid Webflow templates cover one site. We confirm you hold the right license before we change anything.

Brand fit

Your colors, fonts and photos go in through variables, so the whole template updates together.

Unused styles removed

Demo pages, sample CMS items and leftover classes get cleared out with the Style manager.

Real content

Placeholder text gets replaced with copy written for your customers, not lorem ipsum.

SEO cleanup

Titles, descriptions, heading order, alt text and the default share image all get fixed.

Sections that fit

We add or rework sections the template lacks, like service areas or reviews, in the same style.

How it works

How we customize a Webflow template.

  • 1Check the license. A paid template's Single-Use License covers one end product, so each new site needs its own.
  • 2Audit the template. We list the pages, collections and interactions you will keep and the ones that go.
  • 3Brand it. Color and type variables change first, then photos, icons and buttons.
  • 4Clean it. We delete demo content, unused pages and unused classes, so the site stays light.
  • 5Fix SEO and launch. Every page gets a real title, description and heading structure before it goes live.

Price comes in writing after we see the template and your content.

Common questions

Webflow template questions, answered.

Can I use one Webflow template for more than one site?

Not with a paid template. Webflow's Single-Use License covers one end product for you or for one client, and each extra site needs its own license. Free templates on Webflow's marketplace are royalty-free for any number of projects, but they still cannot be resold or given away.

Is a customized template as good as a custom design?

It can be, for many service businesses. A good template gives you a tested layout to start from. The gap shows up when your business needs pages the template never planned for. On the call we will tell you honestly which route fits your goals.

Why do templates need SEO cleanup?

Templates ship with demo titles, generic descriptions, sample CMS items and headings chosen for looks, not search. Left alone, those end up live on your domain. We rewrite the page settings, fix heading order, add alt text and remove pages that should never be indexed.

What happens to unused styles in a template?

Most templates carry classes for demo pages you will never use. We remove those pages first, then clear the unused classes in Webflow's Style manager. A shorter style list makes the site easier for your team to edit and keeps the code smaller.

How much does template customization cost?

Plan for two costs. Your Webflow site plan is paid to Webflow, with prices posted at webflow.com/pricing, and a paid template is bought separately. Our fee depends on how much needs to change, and it comes in writing after a 30-minute call.
