Google clicks up 167% and impressions up 210% in one quarter.
A bookkeeping firm tripled its Google visibility by owning a niche: bookkeeping for landscapers and lawn care.

The situation
From April through June 2026 the site earned 12 search clicks and showed up 2,090 times in Google, competing head-on with every bookkeeper in the country for "bookkeeping."
The problem
"Bookkeeping" is a national fight a small firm can't win. The firm needed a corner of the market it could own.
The work
Logo & brand identity
A new logo and brand system that feels trustworthy and approachable.
Website redesign
A new, fast, mobile-first website built to book discovery calls.
SEO
Technical cleanup and pages built around the industries the firm serves best.
Blogging
Niche articles on bookkeeping for landscaping, lawn care and other service businesses.
And more
Ongoing support that keeps the brand, the site and the rankings moving in the same direction.
The results
July–September vs. April–June 2026 (Google Search Console):
- Clicks: 12 → 32 (+167%)
- Impressions: 2.09K → 6.47K (+210%)
- Landscaping and lawn care bookkeeping searches: 0 → 1,350 impressions
Average position moved from 7.1 to 18.4 because the site now shows up for hundreds of new searches, not because it slipped on the old ones.
What this means for you
You can't outspend national brands on the big keyword. Pick a niche, answer its questions, and own it.
